Building the Team for CorePower's Next Phase of Growth

As CorePower Magnetics enters its next phase of growth, we are continuing to strengthen the leadership team that will help scale the company from technology development into a leading manufacturer of advanced magnetic materials and components.

Today, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Glodowski to Chief Operating Officer and the appointment of Knud Philipp as Chief Commercial Officer. Together, these leadership appointments reflect our commitment to building an organization capable of executing on the opportunities ahead in power electronics, electrification, AI infrastructure, and grid modernization. Knud Philipp joined the company on September 21, 2026.

From Technology Development to Commercial Scale

Over the last several years, CorePower has developed and validated advanced magnetic materials and components that address some of the most important challenges in modern power conversion systems.

As electricity demand continues to increase and electrical infrastructure becomes increasingly complex, power electronics are becoming critical infrastructure. Advances in semiconductor technology have enabled new levels of system performance, but magnetic components remain a key constraint. CorePower was founded to address that challenge through an integrated approach spanning materials development, component design, and manufacturing.

Following our recently announced financing and continued commercial momentum, we are focused on expanding operations, increasing manufacturing capacity, and supporting a growing number of customer programs. Building the right leadership team is an important part of that effort.

Matt Glodowski Promoted to Chief Operating Officer

Matt's promotion reflects his leadership in developing CorePower's manufacturing operations and preparing the company for its next phase of growth.

Since joining the company in 2024 as President – Alloys & Materials, Matt has played a central role in building the operational foundation required to scale CorePower's technology into commercial production. He has helped expand the company's manufacturing capabilities, strengthen execution across customer programs, and develop the processes and culture needed to support continued growth.

As Chief Operating Officer, Matt will continue leading the expansion of CorePower's manufacturing organization while helping ensure alignment between commercial, technology, and operational priorities. He will play a key role in scaling the capabilities, systems, and people required to support the company's next stage of growth.

Welcoming Knud Philipp as Chief Commercial Officer

We are also pleased to welcome Knud Philipp as Chief Commercial Officer.

Knud brings extensive experience commercializing advanced technologies and building customer relationships across transportation and energy markets. As CorePower expands beyond initial product introductions, his leadership will help accelerate customer adoption and strengthen our position across key markets.

CorePower's commercial opportunity continues to expand across data centers, transportation, aerospace, industrial systems, and grid infrastructure. Knud's experience building businesses, developing strategic partnerships, and navigating complex customer environments will help position the company for long-term growth.
