Dr. Sam Kernion
Sam brings over 15 years of experience in soft magnetics R&D and operations, including leadership roles at Carpenter Technology. He launched its $100M Soft Magnetics Center of Excellence before founding CorePower. He holds 10+ patents and a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Dr. Paul Ohodnicki
Paul brings over 20 years of experience in soft magnetics, power electronics, and electric motors. He previously led grid-focused R&D at the National Energy Technology Laboratory and now serves as a Professor at the University of Pittsburgh. He holds 30+ patents and a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.​
